Project name: New-era of livestock forage and Organic Mongolian meat
Entity information: Since its incorporation in 2007 at the Norovlin soum of the Khentii province, the Deedsiin sureg LLC has been in the animal husbandry business, combining traditional and farming methods in its business of meat and meat products supply for the past 14 years. In 2020, we built deep freezing and storage cellar with 100 tons of storage capacity.
Project objective: To build up a strong, healthy, and weighty flock capable of surviving any season, including winter, with a low livestock mortality rate, by preparing and feeding with green forage cultivated using Hydroponic or gardening without soil. Further, we aim to supply the market with fresh and rich in nutrient meat products by implementing a dry-aging technology in our operational model in our operation of preparing highly nutritional meat products with traceable origins.
Planned activities: Cultivate green forage using the Hydroponic, soilless cultivation method, implement dry-aging technology to improve meat quality, nutrition, and make the meat softer by completely relaxing muscles. Organize public information dissemination and promotion actions to introduce our business model to the public.
Beneficiaries: Herder families that supply cattle and meat to our company, herders of the neighboring soums, herder families supplied with the green forage from us, and the end-consumers of our meat products.
